A penalty fee will be charged Rp. 1.500,000 (IDR) for authors who decide to retract articles in the review/publishing stage. Furthermore, when the submitted article has entered the review stage, which is then not revised during the allotted time, and there is no response until the time of publication arrives, the right of authorship belongs to the journal. This is because the author does not appreciate the entire process that has been carried out.
Withdrawal of the manuscript after the manuscript is accepted for publication, the author will be fined by paying Rp. 2,500,000, - per manuscript. Withdrawal of manuscripts is only allowed after the Publisher fully pays the withdrawal penalty.
If the author does not agree to pay the fine, the author and his affiliates will be blacklisted for publication in this journal.
