Advertising Policy

Experimental Student Experiences maintains high ethical standards in all its activities and, above all, upholds the right to editorial independence. The journal does not permit advertising or sponsorship to influence editorial content decisions.

Differentiating Advertising and Editorial Content

Readers of Experimental Student Experiences understand that advertising is distinct from editorial material. They are aware that any claims made in advertisements are not endorsed by the journal or its editorial team.

Advertising Criteria

Experimental Student Experiences will only carry advertisements that are legal, ethical, and in accordance with current recommendations and guidelines. The journal reserves the right to reject any advertisement that does not meet these criteria.

Editorial and Advertising Independence

Decisions regarding the positioning of advertisements are made independently of decisions in the editorial department concerning the content of a specific issue. Editorial material is entirely independent of advertising, and the journal does not publish material specifically to accompany advertisements or sell advertising in relation to particular articles.

Editorial Discretion

All decisions related to advertising acceptance are at the discretion of the Editor. Commercial clients whose advertisements or sponsorships comply with these guidelines are more likely to have their content accepted. However, the journal may occasionally require time to make decisions, ensuring that all evaluations are thorough and impartial.
