Strengthening the Science and Technology Ecosystem and Innovation in Supporting Technology Transfer Policy in Indonesia: Reflection on 20 Years of Technology Transfer Policy Implementation Movement in Indonesia

This study aims to find out about strengthening the science and technology ecosystem (IPTEK) and innovation in supporting technology transfer policies in Indonesia. The research approach used is a qualitative research study of literature. Library research is research that utilizes library resources to obtain research data. The government has issued various policies related to technology development and technology transfer in Indonesia, both at the macro, meso, and micro levels. At the macro level the government has issued laws, at the meso level the government has issued government regulations, and at the micro level various ministerial regulations have been issued. However, these various policies need to be reviewed for their implementation in the field, so that it can be seen how effective these policies are in achieving the stated goals.
